Hafa Adai! Welcome to the Special Process Server Program (SPS) online payment service. This site allows you access to pay your application fee or renewal fee of $50 online and is provided by the Judiciary of Guam.

To make an online payment, your last name and case number are required.  If you have any questions, please contact Elaine Naputi, Special Process Server Program Coordinator at (671) 475-3110 or email enaputi@guamcourts.gov.

 

Transactions can only be processed by using a credit or debit card card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.  

Be advised that credit card payments are subject to a 3.10% credit card convenience fee.

JusticeWeb payment site will work with Internet Explorer 10 and 11, Google Chrome, and Safari. Mozilla Firefox is not a supported web browser.
