This site allows you access to make payments toward your criminal case obligations conveniently online and is provided by the Judiciary of Guam as a public service. You are able to pay the following criminal case obligations listed below:
If you would like to participate in these services listed above, please contact the PSD. The PSD provides access to information from criminal case files in the Superior Court of Guam. The information cannot be removed unless the case records are sealed by a court order. Any unauthorized attempt to remove or change the online information is strictly prohibited.
The information displayed is from official records, but does not comprise all information from court records available to the public. Confidential cases, sealed cases and sealed documents are not available online. The PSD has attempted to protect personal identifiers by blocking electronic data fields containing Social Security numbers, birth dates, home addresses and home telephone numbers.
Case information provided by the Judiciary through this website is made available “as is,” with no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. Certified court records are available in paper form at the Superior Court of Guam.

Be advised that credit card payments are subject to a 3.10% credit card convenience fee.
